Tinglesoft Video Converter Help

Introduction:

Tinglesoft Video Converter is a simple, stable and fast multimedia converter for popular video/audio formats.

1. It supports conversion between almost all well known video formats, including iPod MPEG-4, iPhone MPEG-4, PSP MPEG-4, Zune WMV, Zune MPEG4, WMV, ASF, AVI, DivX, XviD, MPEG-1 (VCD), MPEG-2 (DVD), MPEG-4, MPEG-4 AVC (h264), QuickTime MOV, Flash Video (FLV), RM, RMVB, Matroska (MKV), 3GP and 3G2 etc.

2. It supports conversion between many audio formats, including WAV, WMA, MP3, MP2, OGG and RA etc.

3. It supports extract audio from video file, and then you can play the audio with your favorite digital devices like iPod, iPhone or Zune!

4. It supports batch conversion.

5. It supports extracting images from video file.

1A: Browse for input file.

1B: Select output format.

1C: Browse for output file.

1D: Including video or not inside the output file.

1E: The output video bitrate, bits/sec.

1F: The output video frame size, width x height.

1G: Including audio or not inside the output file.

1H: The output audio bitrate, bits/sec.

1I: The output audio sample rate, Hz.

1J: The default folder for output files.

1K: Auto rename or overwrite if the output file is existing.

1L: Auto add to task list or not after opening a file.

1M: Add current file and settings into tasks list for converting.

1N: Remove the selected tasks from tasks list.

1O: Clear all tasks from tasks list.

1P: Start waiting tasks; or change the selected task status from canceled to waiting.

1Q: Stop selected tasks.

Brief Manual:

1. Download and install Tinglesoft Video Converter.

2. Launch Tinglesoft Video Converter.
If you have a serial number, please click the "Register" button (the button with a yellow key at the front of the "Help" button (1R)) to input and validate it. After input a valid serial number, you can remove all limitations.

3. Click the "Browse" button (1J) to set the default folder where you want to save the converted file. You do not need to do this anymore unless you will change the folder.

4. Click the "Output Format" (1B) to select your preferred format.

5. Click the "Browse" button (1A) to open the input file.
Or you can drag video file from Windows Explorer and drop onto Tinglesoft Video Converter, the file will be opened too.
Tip: If you want to convert many files to one same output format with the most suitable settings, please select the output format (1B), check the "Auto add to task list" (1L), and then drag the files, drop them onto Tinglesoft Video Converter.

6. After opening the input file, Tinglesoft Video Converter will auto generate the output file path, you can also click the "Browse" button (1C) to change it.
Tinglesoft Video Converter will auto fill the output video bitrate (1E), frame size (1F), audio bitrate (1H), and audio sample rate (1I).
Usually, you don't need to change the settings. They are calculated to fit for both the quality of the input file and the requirements of the output format.

7. You can still change the output format. The output settings will be recalculated and filled again.

8. If you want to view the input file before converting, please click the "Play/Pause" button (1V) to play it. The volume controls (1X, 1Y) can change the volume level, mute or not.

9. Click the "Add to task list" button (1M) to add current input file, output settings into tasks list (1T).

10. After finish adding the videos you want to convert, please click the "Start" button (1P) to convert files.

11. You can always manage the tasks with the buttons "Remove" (1N), "Clear" (1O), "Start" (1P) and "Stop" (1Q).
